Who you are dealing with

Using the website means accepting these terms. Submitting the enquiry form requires you to accept them explicitly, and the version you accepted is recorded with your enquiry.

What this service is

RBR Growth Consulting publishes solar information and operates a referral service. We are not a solar installation company. We do not sell, install, finance, service or warrant solar equipment, and we are not the agent or employee of anybody who does.

If you submit an enquiry, we provide your details to no more than one independent solar installer so that they can contact you. Any agreement you later enter is between you and that installer. We are not a party to it, and we earn a referral fee if it goes ahead.

What a referral is not

A referral is an introduction, nothing more. It is not a recommendation that you buy, an endorsement of the installer, a quote, a guarantee that you qualify for any incentive, or a promise about price, timing, workmanship or approval.

We do not compare installers or select a best one on your behalf, and we make no promise about how or when the installer will contact you.

No guarantee of outcome

Information on this site is general and provided for education. Solar suitability, production, savings, cost and payback vary substantially by property, and nothing here guarantees any particular result.

Incentive and tax information reflects our understanding at the verification date shown on each page. It is not tax advice. Rules change and their application depends on your circumstances. Consult a qualified tax professional before relying on any of it.

The installer is a third party

We do not control the installer's work and we are not responsible for the quality, timing, pricing, licensing, insurance or outcome of anything they do. We do not verify their credentials on your behalf, which is why this site shows you how to check them yourself before you sign.

Any dispute about installation, equipment, finance or contract terms is between you and the installer.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false information, or another person's details without their permission
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Do not scrape or reproduce site content without permission

Intellectual property

Content on this site is owned by RBR Growth Consulting unless otherwise indicated. Third party trademarks, including certification marks and company names, belong to their owners and are referenced here for identification and comparison only. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated below, RBR Growth Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any dealing with an installer. The site is provided on an as-is basis.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for our own fraud, misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause is not a shield for anything we get wrong about how we describe ourselves.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the whole agreement between us about your use of this site.

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
